It could be translated in English like this:
“March is shaking its tail”.
Which means that
during the last days of the month March,
the wheather might behave like in autumn:
stormy winds, grey skies
pouring showers of rain.
And that’s how the end of March is,
right now, here in the Netherlands.

touch the soul deeply.
Almost everything is impressive,
creates thoughts and emotions.

of contact, or no contact.
