When composing, inventing or improvising on the piano
to create a PianoTweet,
my intention usually is to cheer you up, my dear listeners.
To give you some music that gives you something extra all day long.
At the same time my emotions always are full of what happens around me.
The result is that I can’t resist the need to express these emotions and
give room and air to what’s moving and shaking my inner world.
And to let the outer world know that more consciousness is needed.
The outer world often makes me sad and happy at the same time.
It’s a mixture which feels 360 degrees wide.
Or even more.
It’s countless.
It turns around in every direction.
In search of a safe home.
That’s what really counts for numerous, countless souls amongst us.
